Toshio Furukawa (古川 登志夫, Furukawa Toshio; born on July 16, 1946 in Tochigi) is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with Aoni Production and is married to fellow voice actress Shino Kakinuma. He voices Adult Piccolo in Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT, and also voices General Blue in the Japanese dub of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball GT.
